Strategic Perspectives is a pan-European think tank based in Paris and Brussels whose mission is to put forward proposals to make the green transition an industrial, social, and security asset for the European project. Previously, Neil spent 5 years coordinating the actions, advocacy, and expertise of French NGOs in the Climate Action Network France on European policies. He also worked on improving the railway sector in Europe for an association of railway operators, ERFA. In addition to Strategic Perspectives, he is an associate expert at the Fondation Jean Jaurès and a board member of the European NGO Transport and Environment.
