Susan is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Susan joined Bank of Ireland in 2017, working in external financial reporting before moving into sustainability reporting in 2021. Since then, she has led the production of the BoI Group’s annual sustainability report, engagement with ESG rating agencies and most recently, worked on the implementation of CSRD as a ‘first-wave’ reporter. Prior to joining the Bank, Susan trained in PwC and worked in finance roles in Whirlpool and Eaton.
