Jean Cushen also serves as a Deputy Head of School. She is a member of the School of Business Sustainability and Climate Change research group and her research has been published in top ranked international journals. Jean also contributes to management publications including encyclopaedias and textbooks, CIPD and IBEC publications. In 2023 she was awarded the designation of CMC-Global Academic Fellow by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes, which is a mark of distinction recognising academics who contribute to the practice of management consultancy. Jean holds a PhD from Trinity College, Dublin and is an academic member of the CIPD.
