First Sentier Investors is a global asset management firm. In his role, Finian is responsible for developing the firms understanding of current and emerging global sustainable finance regulations across the EU, UK, Asia, Australia and the US and leads on preparation of responsible investment reporting such as the firms Stewardship & RI Report and Integrated Climate and Nature report. He has 20 years’ experience in the Asset Management industry with extensive knowledge of sustainable finance and climate regulations and reporting frameworks including SFDR, EU Taxonomy, UK SDR, ISSB/IFRS S1&S2.
Finian is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and has completed the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing, the CFA UK Certificate in Climate and Investing and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Climate Change Policy, Society & Media at Dublin City University. He also is a member of the UK Investment Association’s Sustainability and Responsible Investment Committee.
