He has led research projects across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, property, transport, tourism, retail, energy, and the environment. His work has taken him from Ireland to Australia and the UAE, giving him a truly global perspective. Geoff specialises in areas such as customer experience, brand strategy, advertising effectiveness, pricing research, and new product development.
