Joanne is a Bcomm and Fellow of Chartered Accountants of Ireland. Working with Glanbia plc for the past 11 years, in a number of roles, most recently within ESG reporting she holds primary responsibility for ensuring Glanbia meets their regulatory sustainability reporting requirements and supports meeting broader stakeholder information demands including for investors and customers. During her time with Glanbia, Joanne has overseen compliance with TCFD and EU Taxonomy disclosure requirements and is responsible for the annual sustainability report, which is drafted in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative Standards. As Glanbia prepares for reporting under CSRD, Joanne and her team have overseen implementation of a CSRD readiness programme which includes the completion of Double Materiality Assessment.
