Caroline Geoghegan

Caroline is the dynamic CEO and founder of CG Business Consulting (CGBC), Ireland’s leading ISO and sustainability consultancy. With over 14 years of expertise, she has guided more Irish businesses to ISO certification than any other consultant in the country. Her journey into compliance and sustainability began with helping her father navigate ISO standards, an experience that inspired her to establish CGBC in 2009.
A native of Collinstown, Co. Westmeath, Caroline identified a critical gap in the market for high-quality ISO and sustainability consulting. Today, the firm has grown from a one-woman operation to a team of 25 full-time staff, serving over 1,000 Irish businesses, including major clients such as Toyota Ireland, Twitter, and Irish Distillers.
Caroline’s leadership is defined by a commitment to innovation, integrity, and impact. Under her guidance, CGBC has pioneered sustainability and ESG strategies, particularly within the construction sector, helping businesses reduce their carbon footprint and adopt circular economy principles. Recognising the evolving needs of modern businesses, she spearheaded the Information Security Division at CGBC, offering comprehensive risk management and compliance solutions to protect digital assets and enhance resilience.
