Darragh act for clients including Irish and international credit institutions in secured and unsecured lending transactions, senior and mezzanine debt structures, asset finance, acquisition finance, renewable energy, property finance, leveraged finance, syndicated loans and debt restructuring. He also advises on the regulation and authorisation of entities in the financial sector including credit institutions, payment institutions and e-money institutions. Darragh has advised on some of the most significant projects in Ireland in recent years, including advising the National Treasury Management Agency (as the NDFA) on the Grangegorman Campus PPP and Primary Care Centres PPP. Darragh is ranked by Chambers and Partners in Banking and Finance.
