Marion Briggs

Marion is an expert in circular economy and medical injection waste. She is the Sustainability Manager for HealthBeacon, a health technology that makes smart tools for managing medication. A passionate environmentalist and sustainability advocate, she joined the HealthBeacon team in 2020 to help them launch their Green Labs facility, which processes injection waste in a more circular manner. She also oversees the implementation of HealthBeacon’s sustainability goals and represents them as the Vice President of the injection supply chain group, Alliance to Zero. In addition, she volunteers as Chair of the board of Friends of the Earth, Ireland, which allows her to contribute to the NGO community while keeping her finger on the pulse of what is happening in sustainability more broadly.
