Maureen O’Donnell

Maureen is responsible for maintaining one of Ireland’s leading certification standards for sustainable business. Prior to this role, she was the Founder and Managing Director of a sustainable food production business. She’s also held several senior leadership roles within the non-profit sector and has worked in a variety of roles in the aerospace and defence industry when living in the US. She has extensive expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, internal controls, leadership, communication and sustainability. Maureen holds an MBA with a focus on Sustainability, a BS in Finance and a BA in English Literature and Advanced Certificates in Auditing. She has served on non-profit Boards including the Dublin Food Cooperative, Camara Education, the Girl Scouts, and the Green Building Council.
